Jhillzer11

2076332origHere’s Jamison. If you check out his pics, he’s had quite the transformation from being quite soft, to really nice and ripped (the photo to the left is his inbetween state – nice enough!!).

What’s interesting is that he’s 160lbs in these pics with a bodyfat of 10%. That’s not too far off what I could be… and definitely not a bad place to end up!

I have to admit, I’m loving his legs… nicely toned and large legs are becoming more and more of a turnon!

Natural Athlete

1eiqB7k5E1r0bv3RiII7MGytKZo61938Continuing my theme of finding guys within my ‘achievement’ level – aka not HUGE – NaturalAthlete seems to top the bill. Beautifully built. 170lbs with 8% bodyfat. Within the realm of possibility :)

I also LOVE his tattoo – I think it’s pretty incredible. Very in line with what I’ve been thinking about, yet less intensive and obtrusive. Although it helps to have wonderful muscles. Again – need to maintain a certain amount of muscle mass before I indulge in something like that!!!

MyKeyz

Image01829Found this dude (once again) in BodySpace. He’s got an incredible profile (albeit sparse).

His definition is incredible, and he’s got that healthy sense / glow about him, that I look for in others. He looks fit – the kind of fit that comes from being fit for most of your life – not just gym fit.

It’s looking at these kind of pics that makes me comfortable with losing some weight to gain the definition. I’d love to be here (well, who wouldn’t!). Updated with new pics.

DSC8645So – here’s the story on this dude. He used to be anorexic. And then he decided that that’s not how he wanted to live. So he’s become a world champion eater… I can’t even begin to fathom the amount that he’s able to eat – and how quickly. But somehow he managed to store it all, which must be nice eh ;)

Pics are awesome. Great definition, great size. Very impressive indeed!

Matt Lanter

201-01So I was in Las Vegas. Peeking through the LV Magazine or something. And I saw a promo for 90210 and this guy was smack dab in the middle of the shot. Holy shit. LOVE IT.

Great All-American body, good definition, but still quite cuddleable. What I do love is the haircut… how it goes up, down and can grow out with a lot of texture to create a really cool cocal feel.

Brody Bloom

brody-bloom_aOK – this is just sick. This guy is 18. Yeah – that’s eighteen. 1 and 8. This is wrong on so many levels. Dammit.

But goddam – he’s goooooood ;) Very nice indeed. And I’m totally digging the short hawk. Really like it! All in all great… I’m also noting his training plan for when I get back into training – it’d definitely be a (good) shock to the system – and one that I’d definitely use ;)

More pics after the break!

Steve Sandvoss

015Steve’s a guy I’ve always admired. Sure, he’s loved by the camera, and he has a beautiful body – stunning (which is why I’m posting), but given the movies I’ve seen him in – he appear to be quite gentle natured. Very nice indeed.

Purely aesthetically, he’s got good balance and proportions. And looks amazing in boardshorts – yeah – I wanna look that good in boardshorts come middle of winter! It sounds so weird to say that LOL!

1edAK9kTuRcYkt6DWk4Fei6klWoPq1905Like holy shit. I saw this guy on bodybuilding.com, and wow. Lean jock is what I’d say. Very nice build. Nothing too outrageous – not really bodybuildingy, which I like ;) A lot.

This could probably feature in one of my ideals… I like the proportions, and it helps that he’s cute and a jock. You can never go wrong with that.

As always, more pics after the break.

Craned’s Transformation

june_29_2008_side_grayOK – this guy is just fucking awesome. Made a huge change from something like 230lbs down to ripped and muscled. You can find Craned’s profile on bodyspace.

What I like is how he’s been able to keep his size… that’s definitely a common theme in what I’m looking for. And what I did notice, is that in his later shots, his skin has also improved too. I assume he now has a more healthly / reliable diet that facilitates that. Gallery after the break.

  • About this blog…

This is a blog by Phill Dodd - it's intended to be a motivation in my committing to the gym and getting fit again.

It's about growth. Making a commitment to myself and others. And achieving it.

It's called Transform'd, and that's the end vision: reap all the benefits from a focussed fit and healthy lifestyle. What that looks like - I know what I'd like it to be (hit the results category and you'll get a hint). But it's a journey. One day at a time. That's why you'll see daily updates.

The experience has grown beyond just fitness - it's about life in general - a healthier perspective to all elements in life, from fitness to spiritual, as well as finances, friends, family, relationships, work, etc... It's about transforming all over.

Phase three goals: 12% bodyfat or 155lbs (whichever comes first) by Mar 31, 2010.
