Bryan Johnson Transformation

It’s been a while since I uploaded pics of guys, so thought it was about time I turned things around. Bryan’s from BodyBuilding.com, and he made a pretty impressive transformation from an already toned 190lbs physique to a nicely ripped 215lbs physique. Kudos to him – looks incredible. I also like the tunnels ;) But that’s just me!

His diet’s really interesting. Very structured, but also just has the basic buildings blocks. I’m thinking that I need to change up my diet as I’ve been too ‘indulgent’ recently.

Philip Lowry Transformation

Phil is pretty incredible. In the space of under a year, he gained 20lbs of muscle. It’s insane.

The article’s interesting… he talks a lot about his training plan, but not his nutrition (other than he had a plan). What I think could make a great plan is to mix Phil with Bryan – take Bryan’s nutrition plan and Phil’s training plan (pretty intense). That could work quite nicely ;)

Brian Kenny

Mr Brian Kenny. He’s been someone I’ve admired for quite some time… an excellent blend of lean and muscle – nicely showcasing it. Right now, Mr Kenny stands as my goal, but I’m realizing more and more, that he’s an ideal that’s hard to reach.

I should’ve known – anyone who looks this good is kinda tough to replicate. A very low bodyfat, with a fair chunk of muscle too. Don’t know weights of bf, but I’d guess around 165lbs with 5-8% bf.

A stretch goal for sure :s More pics after the break.

Day 61

Cardio this morning. Went well. Pretty achey getting up this morning though! I’m guessing the aches are from both the snowboarding (the pain’s settling in LOL) and the chest / tris from yesterday. Not bad aches, just makes getting out of bed in the morning that bit harder :s

Decided to try and different program on the cross trainer today – did random – and it pushed me. I haven’t worked that hard on the x-trainer before, and the fact that it was random kept me more focussed on the exercise, rather than drifting away… so the 30 mins went pretty quickly.

On a sidenote, I’ve been spending some time thinking about Mr Kenney… and was looking at his profile yesterday, and I think there was a new pic up… and what’s interesting is that I think it shows quite a nice progression for his body… and because I love showcasing pics… here you go – the comparison:

Either physique is amazing. I’m not going to complain about either – in any way shape or form. My only comment is that this kind of physique is where I’d like to be. Although – what I don’t have right now – is context around his weight / bodyfat. I know he won’t be that heavy (perhaps 160-170?) and his bodyfat will be below 10%, it needs to be. But it’s a goal. It’s something I can visualize.

1st_place_at_npc_central_florida_districtsAmazing profile of this 19 year old (now 20 years old. Amazing arms… arms really to die for. And the rest of him is just plain great!

He’s also got an intense (aka amazing) workout plan, and his diet’s also really good… I’ve noted it elsewhere on the site, so can always refer back to it when needs be.

Jeremy’s WIP Transformation

side_view37Jeremy’s interesting. When he started his training, he had the same problem as me – love handles. But while he had the same problem, he looked a lot better – skin condition and toning – than me. Also, I think he started with less bf.

Anyways – his transformation is incredible. Important highlights: 5′8″, 159lbs right now, 15% bf, takes Animal Cuts and relies on it… I should get back on it for a short while – not too long ;)

This time a Brit, very nice… nice growth too. And right now, while he’s 7cm shorter than me, he’s on about 167lbs, unknown level of bodyfat. So yeah – for me, a goal between 170-180lbs’d be great… perhaps a tad lean, but good.

He’s just cute… and he’s been training for about 2 years – progress is excellent. There’s hope for me yet ;)

Slim

022Slim’s an old favorite of mine. I downloaded pics of him probably a good 2-3 years ago now. I was thinking about him last night for some reason – in conjunction with this site – so thought it was about time to load up pics.

Lean, toned… a construction worker (d’uh). Love his snakebites too. A bit too edgy skater for me to take on most of the time, but I can admire without a doubt ;)

2076332origHere’s Jamison. If you check out his pics, he’s had quite the transformation from being quite soft, to really nice and ripped (the photo to the left is his inbetween state – nice enough!!).

What’s interesting is that he’s 160lbs in these pics with a bodyfat of 10%. That’s not too far off what I could be… and definitely not a bad place to end up!

I have to admit, I’m loving his legs… nicely toned and large legs are becoming more and more of a turnon!

Natural Athlete

1eiqB7k5E1r0bv3RiII7MGytKZo61938Continuing my theme of finding guys within my ‘achievement’ level – aka not HUGE – NaturalAthlete seems to top the bill. Beautifully built. 170lbs with 8% bodyfat. Within the realm of possibility :)

I also LOVE his tattoo – I think it’s pretty incredible. Very in line with what I’ve been thinking about, yet less intensive and obtrusive. Although it helps to have wonderful muscles. Again – need to maintain a certain amount of muscle mass before I indulge in something like that!!!
