Day 385

I gotta say thanks to Adrian again for another amazing workout. It killed.

Back and tris today. The back workout was good, but moving to the tris (pushed by doing close grip benchpress) was difficult. I really struggled with it. Like you wouldn’t believe. I was SO WEAK. Good thing go – it’s a great platform to start from… I can only get better right?

Still feeling achey as hell right now. My shoulders area really making their presence known, and my legs… yuh huh. They’re kinda screaming too.

The workout today was excellent… I’m realizing that in these workouts, I’m switching between fainting and being sick. Today was almost being sick. But I think that has more to do with the fact that I oversupplemented with SuperPump – the NO supplement. I don’t think I’ll take as much of that next time. Bad move.

And – another little update. Turns out we won’t be doing 4 dropset workouts per week. We’re going to do them 3 per week, just stretched out. So it’ll take a bit longer than planned. But that’s fine. I’m also going to start doing a little more cardio in between that. Tomorrow’s cardio + abs. And then another day should be out of the gym – a hike, a long walk, something that doesn’t involve the gym. But still keeps you active. I can do that ;) Maybe on a Sunday or something – Leslie St spit…?

One other note… yesterday I could’ve participated in an eating championship. I couldn’t stop eating. It was kinda insane. 3x chicken, 1x Booster Juice, 2x MRP, 1x morning shake. And I’m quite impressed – I went to Ikea, and at first it seemed like I was going to struggle to get some good carbs to go with my roasted chicken… then I saw wholegrain pasta. Sure, it cost me a bit more than expected, but I was good (apart from the garlic bread – I was starving). I’m starting to make better decisions as I progress. Which is kinda awesome. I like that :)
