I didn’t eat enough today
I decided to be good – as per what my nutritionist said – and eat a little bit less. Today was a day off from the gym, and I normally fit in 4-5 meals during work. Today I only had 3. First off, I was starving by the time meal # 2 came around (ended up having the equivalent of two meals in one!)… and then still hungry. This is crazy!
Like really – how can I be THIS hungry. When I say the word RAVENOUS, I mean it! Last night I raided by kitchen again. I had about 24 crackers!!! Yes – that’s 2AND4!!! I couldn’t stop! I was SO hungry it was unbelievable. And yet I still put on about 0.75lbs! Well – that may change based on my rampages this week

And still – horny as fuck. Like really. Testosterone is extremely high after yesterday’s workout. Yesterday itself I felt a bit down, but that could have something to do with the stress from work – it’s pretty stressful right now
But you know – these are all positive things. My body’s adjusting to a pretty clean nutrition plan. I’m not hugely tempted to go off the deep end and have chocolate binges. Oh – and last night was looking in the mirror, and suffice it to say – I have more than sufficient results convincing me to keep going
