Days 26 & 27

This weekend was good. I didn’t get out of town. I stayed in for most of it, and I took care of a lot of to-dos, which was hugely beneficial.

I did a little bit of walking, but given that it was something like -10c out there, I didn’t do a whole lot.

Nutritionally I was OK… on Sat I wafted down 2 brownies and a chocolate cup cake. Yes bad. I know. It was definitely a ‘refeed’ day. Then yesterday (Sun), was reasonable – calorie intake was extremely low – only breakfast and dinner. It was just a really quiet / get a hang on things kinda day.

Not a fantastic weekend, but better than the previous one!
