Days 5 & 6

The weekend was good. I came off of the Animal Cuts, and on Sunday felt a bit down. I wonder if that’s because of the Cuts leaving my system? I remember something similar happening to me the first time.

Nutrition wise, things were OK – had lots of meat – chicken, salmon, beef… and went snowboarding on Sunday for about 4 or so hours. Was a great time – the best I’ve been, but not the most motivated – again, because I felt down. The onslaught of people on the slopes didn’t help things either – I like it a little more free so I can make mistakes on my own ;)
