This weekend was good. Nutrition wise, I was completely on form – apart from the little cup cake I sneaked in on Saturday. I’d seen it at Whole Foods many times before, and just had to sneak it in. It was SO good. I’m using that as my ‘treat’ now instead of the cake from Swiss Chalet. So much better.
Sat went for a long walk – about 5 hours. That was good. Sunday did a shorter walk – about 60-90 mins, but the rest of the day I was playing catch up with work and to-dos.
Altogether a really good weekend
