Today I started yet another new routine… this one wasn’t too different, but still tough. New exercises that I haven’t done before. Back on my NO supplement too. Still miss the SuperPump, but I’m going to finish this one first – back on SuperPump in 2010 me thinks
Have to admit, I was astonished today – I can now see bicep bumps on my arms! When I flex, there are these – admittedly small – bumps on each arm!!! I’m was so excited!!! Of course, the goal will be to grow them larger and larger, but there they’re. I’m sure they were there before, but I’m assuming they were lost under pounds of fat!
In addition – and this is going to be somewhat disgusting, but I was poking around at my fat… yeah – warned you – and it’s just like jelly now! It’s lost a lot of its hardness, which is huge for me. So while it’s still big deposits, it’s a lot less thick than it ever used to be. So now it’s about losing more and more of it, and tightening it all up – if I can! Fingers crossed. We’ll see.
But – yeah – after last week, there seems to have been a lot of positive improvements. I think it’s time for my body to catch up though… losing that must weight in a week is intense, and my body now needs to adapt.
