Twas legs this morning. Another great workout. I was able to push up the weights for most of the exercises, apart from the deadlift and the leg curl – for the deadlift, I’m at the max for the gym. For the leg curl, I’m still struggling. For the leg extension, I was able to increase weight by 10%, and maintain number of reps, but I still struggle with the curl :s I’m now doing almost double for the extension as the curl. It’s weird.
All in all – really good. I was thankful that I realized this was ‘week 13′ on the final day of the week. Another really successful week!
