So here’s where my head’s at – arms still are my favorite part of pretty much anybody’s body. I love them, and mine are woefully inadequate.
But – giving myself a hell of a lot of credit – the improvements that I’ve seen happen recently are quite incredible. They’ve grown such a huge amount. In fact, I’d say that in the 4.5 weeks I’ve been working them, they’re at the same thickness as working them for 4-6 months last year. So that’s incredible.
But – and here’s another but – I’m never satisfied. I take great satisfaction at these results contained in my apartment, but then we’re faced with the rest of the world out there – and in the elevator of my building, I see so many great examples of well worked, nice chunky arms. I know people would hate them called chunky – but better than skinny.
Anyways – so here’s an idea I’m currently working on: for weekends that I’m in Toronto, in I will break out my arms workout into two. I think typically people do bi’s and tri’s separately, to give them even more focus. That means I’ll be working out 6 days a week, rather than 5. I’m still trying to figure out how to best approach this… and you’ll see some entries in the coming little while that’ll discuss that.
