Day One

So – today I started. Don’t really know why – but I just got up this morning and decided to start at the gym.

Have to admit – it was great. Was really psyched. And the workout, while not easy, was over so quickly! For this week (6 days), I’m going to be doing my traditional ‘getting started’ workout plan. It’s not as heavy as what I’m planning to get into, but I’ve always found it to be a way to easily transition into working out. It’s good for that.

Don’t think I stretched a whole lot of well this morning :s Could’ve done better. I think I’m going to be feeling this tomorrow… but I’m hoping to gym every day this week (get into the swing of it), so we’ll see how that goes.
